Summary: This hotel is one of a kind exceptional. My sister, father and I stayed for 4 nights and on arrival we were immediately welcomed by wonderful staff and the hotel owner, who informed us they would feed us very well and look after us. This couldn’t be more true. Firstly, the food here is unbelievably good - the Pachino tomatoes are the sweetest you’ve ever tasted and the menu is delightful. So many choices for delicious fresh fish and the vegetables from their garden are delicious. The olive oil, vegetables and even the wine is grown by them. The atmosphere is really special, Villa Giulia somehow manages to create a wonderful calm environment where you feel at home instantly. The service was amazing, everyone who works here is lovely and it feels like you are welcomed into a Sicilian family immediately. Thank you so much for a perfect stay Villa Giulia.
