Summary: Having 2 out of 3 lifts out of order was not good on a busy Saturday night, had quite a wait to get to 8th floor with groups coming in to the roof top bar. Had requested a twin room for myself and my sister but was given a double room. The receptionist said we had a x2 upgrade worth £90 with a massive king size bed and great view. In fact, it was a standard double and the view was a busy main road. It would be helpful for rooms with 2 people to have more milk sachets available, we asked reception and were told housekeeping did not start until 8am, The breakfast was excellent.
