Summary: I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to misleading room descriptions and photos. When I arrived, I was offered two options: The first room looked similar to the pictures, but the balcony was completely different from what was shown online. Instead of the advertised mountain view, the balcony looked directly onto trash dumpsters and a construction site. The second room had a balcony like the pictures, but the interior looked different and did not match the advertised room. It felt like the hotel combined photos of different rooms to create one appealing listing, which does not reflect reality. This was very frustrating, as I had reserved and paid for a specific room that I never actually received.
