Summary: I only visited Wildwood NJ for a couple of days and wanted something within my budget that was clean, safe and friendly. I hit the jackpot with the Hotel on Magnolia East. It was everything I needed and more. It has a great easygoing vibe and is close to the board walk, has plenty of nearby on street parking and is a great home base while enjoying the seashore. The rooms were clean and safe and the evenings were quiet and great for getting restful sleep. It's located on a residential street and it's laid back and peaceful but right in the heart of the action. And there was a church literally next door which made it super easy to attend services on Sunday morning. I found the hotel using Hotels.com and the reviews that I read helped to seal the deal. This is a great place to stay. Don't expect the fancy frills that you might get at a more expensive, big name hotel. Just expect friendly service and a great place to stay for a great price. They even provide complimentary folding chairs for the beach and complimentary bikes so that you can go exploring the area. Enjoy.
