Summary: The staff are pleasant and friendly, and the room itself is quite nice. Breakfast is excellent. However, the amenities and supplies were disappointing. There was no coffee machine, no air conditioning, no face towel, no shampoo, and not even a telephone or alarm clock in the room. The safe was secured with a default code that’s widely known, which defeats the purpose of having it. The bathroom design was also problematic — the bathtub only had a half glass partition, which caused water to splash everywhere, making the floor extremely slippery and unsafe. While the hotel uses 220V electricity, there was only one socket available for 110V devices, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.
