Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The pool area was nice. The location is a short walk from the bars/restaurants in Gravedona. The room was clean and comfortable. The glass of fresh orange with the lid on at breakfast was nice.
Negative: The staff were a bit obstinate. You could not go into the pool area (even to sit and have coffee in the morning before breakfast) outside of the pool opening times. My friend and I had travelled separately in two cars and the staff were adamant that we could only park one car in the hotel car park (even though we were happy to block one in behind the other and take up only one parking space) but they refused point blank and requested the other car be removed immediately. The breakfast was okay, but lacked a bit of appeal. The fruit didn't seem to get replenished once the fruit was gone and the bread was left out to go a bit hard/stale. No proper toaster available. Also, you could have one coffee from the machine (e.g. cappuccino/ espresso) and it was €2 if you wanted a second cup, which seemed very mean.
Summary: Okay'ish.. but I wouldn't stay again
