Positive: It's right by the sea and beaches (~4 min. walk). Shops and restaurants by walking distance. There's an AC in the room, balcony and great light isolation (blinds that make room dark). It's by the street, but at night it's quite, only motocycles and ambulance waked me up. Lovely, helpfull staff, speaks italian and english.
Negative: There were a few inconveniences. Doors are quite thin so we could hear neighbours coming and going to their room. And there were trash from previous guest left in the bathroom. Despite that, greate place to stay the night while enjoing sea and sun
