Positive: Beautiful historic property in an amazing central location with restaurants and bars and shopping right out the door. And right on the canal.

Negative: The stairs are insanely steep and narrow not even a normal foot width. Not uncommon in a property this age. But difficult with luggage and no lift.

Summary: Staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and letting us store luggage our last day while we enjoyed the
