Negative: Without any advance warning, the front desk closed at I believe 20:00. Some guests who happened to be in the seating near in the lobby were kind enough to help me figure out how to check-in. There are some lock boxes for guest keys who arrive late near the front door. Signage was only in German. They also helped me find my room, which was in a building in the back. Very little signage, and it was very dark. Staff could care less when I mentioned this the next morning. When I asked if I can have an extra hour to check out due to my delay getting into my room the night before, they said yes, if I paid an extra 40 euros.
Summary: Beautiful location, but best if you arrive before 20:00 since front desk closes.
