Summary: We stayed over the weekend to celebrate Christmas with family. Good location and neighborhood. Even had a big black bear come through. Pros: two big living spaces with the kitchen between. We had 7 adults and one small child so that was helpful. Enough yard to walk the dogs was also good.Driveway offered ample parking for 3 cars. The house worked really well for a party our size.Cons: the listing described 4 bedrooms with king beds. Unless king bed means something different in Tennessee, those aren’t all kings. It should be easy to get the description correct. Kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped. You have the basics just not enough of them for a 4 bed house. Be prepared. Beds were ok, pretty firm but the bedding leaves something to be desired. Especially the pillows so bring your own. Just a little bit more attention to detail, such as the huge light fixture blocking the couch view of the TV, makes this a 5 star property.
