Summary: The property was great and the location was amazing! The only negative had zero to do with property and more to do with seaside… They high school teenagers are out of control drinking, fighting, stealing bikes and music blaring all night… Seaside did implement 7:00pm curfew last night but probably needs it both the week before and after Memorial Day… However, the property was amazing and the communication with property management was easy and fast! I highly recommend this house!
