Our beautiful open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex.
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains.
The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities and there are also two gas heaters to keep you cozy on cool desert evenings. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat, a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Summary: One of the few places we’ve stayed where there were enough dishes and silverware and pots and pans to be able to cook meals. Very clean and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
