Positive: The house was newly renovated and clean.

Negative: The bed in one of the rooms was not comfortable, probably due to the old mattress. Extra pillows would be appreciated. There were very few utensils. It would be nice to provide utensils, especially for overnight stays, as people would only bring minimal stuff with them most of the time. Also, it would be nice to provide complimentary coffee for the guests. You can raise the price a bit higher, but it's worth it for early- riser coffee drinkers. 😀
