Positive: Neat and clean.

Negative: Few hours before arriving, we where informed about a change on reception’s open hours, so we were forced to do the check in in a different facility. Upon arriving, the guy on the counter, that lately identified himself as Franco “El Sindicalista”, talked to us quite rude before we denied to pay by card or cash a fee of 200€ (that other guest confirmed us the receptionist didn’t asked her to pay) in order to do the check in so they would have some money just in case of any damage or so. We also only got 1 key for a 3 room apartment instead of the announced 2 because “they run out of them”.

Summary: Good place, rude staff.
