Our vacation rental is located in a quiet place in the countryside on the heights of Malmedy (door of High Fens) in a holiday residence called "Les Terrasses de Malmedy".
The sun terrace offers a beautiful view of the valley. Enjoy the beautiful weather with garden table and chairs, parasol, sunbed and barbecue.
On the ground floor: a beautiful living room (dining area for 6 and sitting area with flat screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player and games console ...) and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with compartment freezing, hob, oven and microwave, toaster, kettle and percolator duo, squeegee / pierrade, washing machine 4 kg, iron and ironing board ...)
You will be very warm in winter thanks to the wood stove with reserve of logs.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (= 4 beds of 90 x 200 cm). New bedding!
In the bathroom: shower, double sink and toilet.
The accommodation was completely renovated in 2017 and repainted in November 2018.
Perfect with family or friends!
Guests can go hiking or cycling in the surroundings.
Malmedy is also a very pretty city to visit and no lack of activities (bowling, cinema, minigolf and playground, outdoor swimming pool, many restaurants and terraces very pleasant in summer ...). From the residence, you can walk to the center of Malmedy.
