As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious lounge room, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. To the left of the lounge room, you'll find the main bedroom featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a convenient walk-in wardrobe, and an attached bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for the occupants.
Continuing through the house, you'll discover an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and a second lounge room. The kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals, while the dining area offers ample space for everyone to gather and savour their culinary creations.
To the left of the open-plan area, you'll find two more tastefully furnished bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. A second bathroom is conveniently located nearby, ensuring that everyone has easy access to essential facilities.
Outside
One of the highlights of "Holiday on the Water" is its beautiful backyard. Step outside, and you'll be greeted by a tranquil outdoor space where you can soak up the sun, enjoy alfresco dining, or simply lounge around on the provided outdoor furniture. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
