Summary: Front desk person when we arrived late in the evening was excellent-welcoming and both personal and professional. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, etc. Great start! The downside? People on our floor were slamming doors until well after midnight and before 6am—really interrupted a restful stay. Also, the next day when I talked to the front desk about club member things I could hardly understand him-his accent was so thick.
