Cosy house with pool and own garden in the Majorcan village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. The house, with 195 m² of constructed surface and 150 m² of garden, has two double bedrooms and a suite, as well as a living room with two single beds. It also has a spacious living room, independent kitchen and two complete bathrooms. The house is very luminous. The living room, the porch, the kitchen and the terrace are south facing. It has a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning and wifi. Both the architecture and the decoration combine the style of the beginning of the 20th century with the comforts of a house completely refurbished in 2012.
The garden has a large lawn area surrounded by orange trees, other fruit trees and bamboo canes. In the centre is the swimming pool and the solarium, equipped with sunbeds. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with your family or couple.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small rural village in Mallorca of about 3.000 inhabitants. Although it is very close to the coast (10 km), it preserves a large part of the traditional Mallorcan rhythm of life. Its houses also preserve the traditional Mallorcan typology with their stone façades. It is located in the centre of a valley surrounded by mountains. The village has an extensive pedestrian area with restaurants, cafés and shops. Tonineta is about 100 metres from the church square, the centre of the village. The weekly market is held on Thursdays in the church square. The local fiestas are held in mid-August and early September.
