Modern villa located in the area of Cala Vedella, one of the most beautiful beaches on the southwest coast of the island, about 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, 10 minutes from San José and about 25-30 minutes from the city of Ibiza.
The front of the house has an olive tree with a lawn part.
As for the rear part, it consists of a 9x7m pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. It also has a covered lounge area and another outdoor dining area with barbecue.
The house has two levels:
Main floor:
1 large living / dining room with satellite TV and SONOS sound system.
1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
1 suite with 160x190 bed, dressing room and private bathroom with shower.

Parking for 2 cars.
Cleaning: Entry and exit cleaning (mandatory change every 7 days) and mid-stay cleaning with towel change, bathroom and floor cleaning.
