If you want a cheap, fully restored historic cottage for 2-6 people, then this could be just the thing!
The house is located on the southernmost tip of Sardinia, on a small island, which is connected by a bridge. In the small town of Sant Antioco with about 12,000 inhabitants are plenty of attractions, such as, for example, 1,500 year-old Basilica (Church). It is guaranteed something for everyone. Even the wonderful sea can be enjoyed from here to the fullest. Sant Antioco has many beautiful beaches that are within a few minutes, or by public bus. Both on rocks, as well as on the sand, the sun can be enjoyed in Sardinia every day.
The house has 120sqm. On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom, a living / dining room, a shower-bath and a kitchen with fireplace. Through the kitchen leads to a small garden. Here you can taste from a 100-year old lemon tree always tasty lemons. :-) Also can grill there comfortably and hang laundry.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One with a double bed and another with two single beds. In addition, one has from there access to two spacious roof terraces from where you can see the sea. Likewise, there is another bathroom on the upper floor, with bath.
Shops are within walking distance, as well as bus stops and the beautiful ancient port with many worth visiting restaurants.
