The detached holiday house enjoys an exceptionally quiet location, surrounded by fields on a side street with little traffic away from the centre, so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your loved ones in a comfortable holiday house with a large garden, just 700 metres from the North Sea and within walking distance of the embankment. The locality with many everyday amenities is just a few kilometres to the east. Owing to the central location between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven, you can go on day trips to these interesting towns, about half an hour away by car.
The detached house with an extensive garden provides 100m² of living space and is spread over a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen-diner, a cosy living room, a double bedroom and a shower room with a WC. The upper floor has two further double bedrooms and a second shower room with a WC. The kitchen has a large dining table with six comfortable high-backed chairs for up to seven people to dine together. The kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a stove with a ceramic hob and an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Opposite there is the living room with a comfortable corner sofa and an armchair for up to six people to relax together after a day trip. The flatscreen TV with a stereo system provides entertainment in the evening. The bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses each 90 x 200cm) rounds off the ground floor, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower and a WC. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the larger bedroom has a double bed (two mattresses 90 x 200cm), a child’s travel bed and a flatscreen TV. The other bedroom also has a double bed with two individual mattresses. The upstairs bathroom has a built-in shower, a washing machine, a WC and a washbasin. Both bathrooms have windows. There is plenty of storage space for clothing and shoes. There is central heating and free Wi-Fi.
You can always find a sunny or shady spot in the generous garden to relax or play. The terrace with play equipment and separate seating areas invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. A charcoal grill is available. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garage. There are three car parking spaces on the 1300m² site.
You can also stay with a toddler. A travel bed and highchair are available.
The holiday towns Wremen and Dorum-Naufeld are each about 6km from the house and within around 20 minutes by bicycle. Cafes and restaurants look forward to your visit. There are shops in the form of supermarkets and discount shops the same distance away. The city Bremerhaven with the Klimahaus and Einwandererhaus is worth a visit around 25km away. It is just 27km to Cuxhaven.
