With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the "Fjordi-Koje 1" at the Pioneer Harbor Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The 116m² holiday apartment offers an open living and dining area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the smart TV. Two of the three bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout options for restful nights. There is a flat-screen TV in one bedroom. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm each) and blackout options. In one of the two bathrooms you will find a hairdryer and a shower. And the absolute highlight: a Finnish sauna! Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach. The second bathroom also has a shower. You can relax on the terrace and end your vacation days in a beach chair on warm evenings and organize barbecue evenings with the whole family thanks to the electric grill. You have your own parking space directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle room. There is a washing machine on the ground floor for shared use free of charge. The Pionierhafen places great importance on sustainability, which is why 77% of the energy is obtained from geothermal energy. The holiday apartment is part of the newly built area at the Pionierhafen. There may still be some construction work in the area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status.
