It consists of three apartments, each with independent entrance: a ground floor studio apartment with sofa bed and foldaway bunk bed and bathroom; a second floor with living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, double bedroom with a third bed and bathroom; an attic with wonderful sea view, elegant living area with kitchenette, double bedroom with private bathroom, second twin bedroom and second bathroom. Each accommodation has an outdoor area where you can relax, especially the attic with a very large terrace where all guests can gather to spend pleasant moments of relaxation together enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea of the Gulf of Orosei. The house has a very large private park shaded by beautiful pines and oleanders and a private swimming pool where guests can refresh and rest. There is also a beautiful barbecue area, garage and additional service in the swimming pool area. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and television on the top floor. It is the ideal holiday home for several families due to the possibility of being able to stay in several completely autonomous accommodations, thus enjoying the right privacy and independence, but still all close together so that you can share pleasant moments in the large common areas; as well as for groups of friends, convenient to the beach and the promenade with its entertainment.
