The space
The home is convenient to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street, Marigny, and Bywater. The apartment has an open living room, a full kitchen, comfortable queen bed and a clawfoot tub/shower combo in the bathroom. Perfect for location couples, digital nomads, anyone who wants to be within walking distance of eclectic shopping, restaurants and bars near the French Quarter and the Marigny/Bywater. Less than a mile to the French Quarter. Plenty of free street parking. A few minute walk to coffee and food at St. Roch Market.

The house is close to attractions in the French Quarter, Bywater and Marigny. You can walk to delicious restaurants including Morrow's, N7, Saint-Germain, Elysian Bar, Budsis and St. Roch Market.
This newly renovated home is appointed with posters and photos of Jazz Fest, and features comfortable amenities including a queen bed, bright bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Just a few blocks away from the Rampart Streetcar, buses on St. Claude, and a short walk to the French Quarter. Blue bikeshare station is a 5 min walk. Take a 15-min Uber/Lyft ride to almost anywhere in the city.
Other amenities include wi-fi and a smart 55 TV. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We provide instant coffee and a hot water kettle but recommend walking to Coast Roast at St. Roch Market or Pond at Small Mart in the Marigny - They also have great bagels!
