Our classic turn of the century trinity-style home is located next to "the strip" between Northern Liberties - loaded with great food hot spots and awesome bars, and Old City - where the historic sites are. The area is very safe and very active.
IDEAL for TRAVELING NURSES, MED TECHS, PROFESSORS - as the home is close to all MAJOR HOSPITALS including TEMPLE, JEFFERSON, PENN, EINSTEIN, etc.
From here, you walk just blocks to get to all of the amazing historic sites - Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, The Mint, Constitution Center, or the various festivals and events going on Philly at Penns Landing/Waterfront, Art Museum, venues, etc.
This is a historic Philadelphia house, surrounded by brand new million dollar luxury townhouses in a bustling area. The home is quaint - loaded with character and history, but comfortable and fun nonetheless. Note the original boot scraper next to the front door as you approach, the historic fire marker on the front of the house, then enter onto the original hardwood floors that working class Philadelphian laborers set foot on for a hundred years.
As you make your way up to the guest bedroom on the second floor, and the master bedroom on the third floor, you will climb a classic trinity-style spiral staircase. First you'll approach the guest room, and down the hall, a nice sized bathroom with marble tiles and a pedestal sink. Then you'll arrive on the third floor to a cozy master bedroom where you can light a fire and enjoy the space.
