TheLodgeNC Estate and Event Center - 3 great properties, 1 fantastic time. The Lodge House built in 1917, The Stables and The cottage combine for 12 bedrooms, 8 baths and lots of living space.
Located less than a mile from Mars Hill town center, the historic farm surrounding Lodge House stretches over 14 acres of forest, a creek and rolling pasture. Opportunities for adventure abound, including a wooded picnic area and a walking trail to the property's pinnacle point, which features a stone fire pit and views of nearby mountain peaks.
Find rest and relaxation in The Lodge House's eight spacious bedrooms, each outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV with Roku. The main floor main suite features a private living room with a small bar area.
A Modern Rustic Renovated Stable:
Discover the very definition of rustic modern decor at the Lodge Stables. This recently renovated home features original curiosities such as sliding stall doors and a tin-roof ceiling, as well as stunning architectural details like the exposed wooden beams and massive stone hearth.
The Lodge Cottage offers two bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, this home provides easy access from the paved driveway, and is handicap assisted with accessible attributes including a single-level floor plan, ramps on the front and back entrances, wide entrance doors, and grab bars in one of the baths. The back deck overlooks a fenced courtyard and rolling pastures beyond. If last minute booking (2 months before check in), send message to check availability.
You also have access the the Grain Bin Public House for small gatherings.
The estate is dog friendly at an addition charge. (up to 20lbs each)
We also host events and WEDDINGS with onsite Little White Chapel and Grain Bin Bar.
