Located on a highly sought after street, next to Hallidays, this home offers 3 generously sized rooms all with exposed brick and hardwood, the main bedroom is a full loft with an ensuite with soaker tub. The main floor has a bright, open concept flowing from the living room, dining area into the kitchen that offers a skylight for added natural light.
You will find the laundry on the main for added convenience. At the rear of the home, there is a darling seating area covered with mature trees for added privacy creating an almost courtyard-like setting for your enjoyment. This home features many unique touches including, stained glass, high ceilings, original stairs, and hardwood, plus so much more. All this in a vibrant, desired part of town!
