6 person inflatable (it's amazing) hot tub, outdoor dining with a fireput, basketball hoop and court (driveway), beautiful landscaping, spacious yard, easy and free parking for multiple vehicles. Central to so, so much and easy to find!
Many nearby attractions including Boyd Lake, multiple parks, trails and the mountains are right to the West! Estes park, Fort Collins and Denver are all easy to get to from here. Wyoming is just an hour away if you're in the mood to see some cowboys!
Loveland has so much to offer, yet keeps the small town feel. It's truly a perfect spot for a romantic retreat, family vacation, or bring some friends and visit any of the nearby shopping centers, restaurants, breweries, wildlife adventures and other local attractions.
You're can't go wrong with this beautiful home, built in 1917 and has been extremely well taken care of. The interior and exterior will have your heart skipping beats!
There is a master suite with a king bed, tons of closet space, ample room in the bedroom and an attached full bathroom with a glass shower, garden tub and dual sinks.
There are an additional 2 bedrooms upstairs both with queen beds, closets, dressers and luxury linens.

A nice sized living room with a wood burning stove is also on the main floor which is attached to a beautiful and spacious eat in kitchen including all your cooking and baking essentials.
A dining room with a table with chairs and a bench seat are just off the kitchen as well.
Downstairs you will find a second living room, queen bedroom and a bathroom (shower only, no tub).
Out back you will find the hot tub, fire pit (with additional seating for dining), the basketball hoop and a beautifuly landscaped yard.
