This is a four-person maximum property. We do not provide additional sleeping accommodations. If you are traveling with children and pets please be mindful of bed linens, comforters, and other fabric items in the home. Replacement charges will be requested for damaged bed linens, blankets or other fabric items damaged by paint, crayons, glue, oils, makeup or any other stains that are unable to be removed that were incurred during your stay. Please keep in mind that any damage to linens, towels, and furniture that can not be handled with our normal cleaning procedures will result in additional charges.
We welcome your well-behaved housebroken and crate-trained dogs that are included in the reservation as there is a small pet fee. It is required that guests pick up after their pets in the yard to assure a positive experience for whoever will enjoy the property next. If the guest does not clean up after their animal/s there will be an additional $50 fee for cleaning up the lawn after your stay.
Check-in 3 pm and Check-out 11 am times are strict due to the consistent booking of this lovely home. Feel free to request early check-in or late checkout but please understand these requests can only be fulfilled when no one else is checking in or out. Late checkout will result in additional charges as this negatively affects our ability to flip the property in a timely manner. Late checkouts beyond 30 minutes will result in an additional $50 charge as this property books consistently and we need time to properly reset the home for the next guest.

Owners and or the cleaner may come to take the trash to the curb and handle outside maintenance without prior communication. Your privacy will be respected. If we need to enter the home for any reason during your stay communication will be initiated for permission to do so.
Our landscaper may come during your stay, they normally come on the weekends in the morning. This has been disclosed in the details of this listing. By booking this home you have agreed to this and have no authority to send him away for any reason. Additional charges will be incurred if this happens as it impedes our ability to keep the grounds maintained to a high standard for all to enjoy.
