New to AirBNB in 2024! Enjoy a stylish experience in our 2 bedder, located in the middle of all the action. Surrounded by all that Fitzroy has to offer and only 10 mins away from the CBD. Light filled, airy rooms with high ceilings and very comfortable beds ensure you have a restful sleep and are ready to explore your surrounds or for a day in the office. Right in the middle of scores of bars, restaurants, cafes and cutting edge clothing stores you will be spoiled for choice.
The house is a stylish 2 bedder. There is a lounge room, a separate kitchen/dining area leading onto the courtyard to the rear and a large bathroom. Situated on arguably one of the best streets in Fitzroy, this house is right on the doorstep of all that Fitzroy and the inner north of Melbourne has to offer - scores of top quality restaurants, world class bars, galleries, retail stores and nightlife. To top it all off, you will be only a few blocks from the CBD! You could not ask for a better location.
The house is in a commanding position 5 min walk to Brunswick, Lygon, Smith and Gertrude streets and the Carlton Gardens (And Melbourne Museum!). Double brick house with split system heating and cooling, the house is comfortable both in summer and winter.
The house features high ceilings, polished floorboards and natural light. With a private courtyard, a porch out the front and a well equipped kitchen, this house has everything you need for a short stay.
Beds - all beds are topped with natural latex mattress toppers renouned to promote health benefits. We use only flax linen and 1000 plus thread count sheets for an all natural and luxurious sleeping experience. We also have an array of pillows for you to choose from as well.
House plants - the house abounds in natural indoor plants to purify the air and ofcourse keep the place looking great!
The kitchen is chef’s kitchen with an arrange of cooking utensils and gadgets and our pantry is well stocked to make cooking up a storm if that takes your fancy.
Dining - There is a 2 seater dining table should you choose to eat at home.
The bathroom is stocked with high quality Aveda products for your bathing pleasure.
Euro laundry with washer and dryer also includes cleaning and laundry products for guests staying a while longer. The laundry is located at the top of the stairs right next to the bathroom.
Car parking - we have 1 street permit that allows you to park directly in front of the house for added convenience. There are plenty of 2 hr and all night parking spots available on the street as well.
Families - There is plenty of space for families to spread out in the house and if you’re travelling with a baby/toddler we’ve got you covered with a portacot/change table (please request), a toddler’s potty, toilet step and a high chair. We also have plastic plates and cutlery. There are several playgrounds within 10 mins walk from the house. The Melbourne Museum provides both indoor and outdoor entertainment for little ones too.
Gym - There are several gyms less than 5 min walk from the house. Please message me for more details.

You'll have access to the entire home. Guests can come and go at your leisure.
Check in is after 3pm unless an earlier time has been arranged. Suitcases can be dropped off from noon and securely stored if needs be. If your flight arrives late, no problem, you can check in any time you like however please be mindful of noise levels after 10pm
Late check out can be arranged with prior notice and where bookings allow. We are happy to store luggage post check out (till 2pm) to enable you to explore the neighbourhood for as long as possible.

We have a well stocked pantry, with lots of breakfast cereals, spreads like Vegemite, Nutella etc and dry ingredients like pasta, rice etc. We also have a coffee machine along with coffee beans for your early morning coffee.

Freshly baked and delivered sourdough bread
Our local French baker @i_knead_you_tonight will be able to deliver to the door freshly baked sourdough bread. At a cost of $10 per loaf plus $5 delivery.
Cheese/charcuterie platters - we have many special delicatessens in the area and can create an amazing cheese/meat platter should you wish
2-4 ppl - $80
4-6 ppl - $120
6-8 ppl $180
Fresh flowers - we have @TheBeautifulBunch a not-for profit florist near our house and can offer fresh flowers (of your choosing) or we’ll choose for you. ($120) Smaller bunches available please check out their website.
Paintings - we have an ever evolving gallery of local artists displayed on our walls with price lists for paintings should you wish to purchase. Please reach out to discuss any alternative framing options.
Cleaner during your stay - cleaner can be provided during your stay (recommended for longer stays). Includes whole house cleaned plus all beds remade and fresh linen and towels) ($300)
We use a local cleaning service in between each booking to make sure our guests have a comfortable stay.
Baby and toddler equipment including: foldable travel cot/change table, bathroom step, high chair with removable tray, potty, plastic dinnerware, cutlery and cups is available on request.
Toilets - do NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.
