Positive: Bed was comfy, pool was clean and warm, everything seemed looked after, free parking, close to centre of town
Negative: Lady on the desk at check in was a bit snobby, like she felt she was too good to be there! Sent a few messages before check-in to request the sofa bed be set up, but no response at all and bed was not set up. Lighting in the room was poor. The plug sockets were on the lamps, and if you have an adapter it won't fit unless you tip the lamps over (these are big so not really possible).
Summary: Clean but overpriced and poor service
