Positive: Location, size were good.

Negative: Air conditioning could not keep house under 79-80 in the afternoons at the thermostat, bedrooms were even hotter. Old icky sofas-dirty stained cushions. Really hated the skylights in the bathrooms-heated anything you left on the counters and made the bathrooms and bedrooms very hot.

Summary: Mediocre house, bad air conditioning, needs new furniture.
