Positive: They had a room at the last minute
Negative: When we arrived, the front desk person was in a really bad mood. We checked in, dropped our bags off in the room, and headed to the bar. The bartender was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the bed was hard, the bedding wasn't soft, and the towels in the bathroom were old and scratchy. For the price, I expected more from a Hilton location.
