Hillside Haven is centrally located within the Eildon township, the gateway to Lake Eildon National Park and many other popular attractions. Comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests, making this home ideal for 2 families. Fabulous outdoor living and dining. Off street parking for boats and jet skis.
The kitchen and living room:
Bright, spacious, contemporary style kitchen, featuring electric cooking, dishwasher, large fridge and a breakfast bar. The open plan living has loads of natural light, comfortable couches in front of a Coonara wood fire and evaporative cooling for the summer months. Relax outside with the view of the mountains and the king parrots dropping by.
The bedrooms and bathrooms:
Three well-presented bedrooms, 2 offering a queen size bed, while the 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 guests in 2 separate tri bunks. Each bedroom has built in robes. All beds have pillows and doonas supplied.
The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower, and there is a separate toilet next to the laundry.
Outside:
Sensational outdoor living and dining deck, easily accessed via the kitchen and living room. Featuring a spacious lounge suite, family dining table, a TV, weather protection, and views across the garden. Bring the boat or jet ski and park off road in the driveway or carport. The backyard is suitable for kids, and local amenities are all within walking distance.
The region.
Hillside Haven is walking distance from shops, parks and playgrounds, the town swimming pool and Eildon pondage for fishing, walking and picnicking. It is only 5 minutes from the Eildon Spillway and Lake Eildon National Park.
Exploring further is so easy with waterfalls, rainforests, countless rivers and streams, mountain ranges and picturesque towns like Alexandra and Marysville all nearby.
