Summary: Room very cold and in need of a makeover. Paint chipping and floor needed to be replaced. The heat was minimal. They had a small electric heater in the room. A larger person wouldn't be able to stand at the sink as the toilet was right there. We had to call a number to check in and didn't see anyone .
