Positive: I loved the proximity to the ocean! The balcony was a perfect size. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Negative: The condo had a slight odor, but we think it was within the complex itself and not necessarily the unit we stayed in, it seemed to us that the smell was coming in from the vents. The couches needed updating - it felt like there was sand on the cushions, but it might have been that the material was pilling. The bedrooms were warm at night but there were box fans available to use and the master had a ceiling fan that worked well on low speed. Anything higher and the fixture rocked and became very noisy. I feel that we could’ve stayed in a nicer place with the money that we spent to rent it for the week.
Summary: The best part was the proximity to the ocean.
