We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.

Pet Fee/s:
We’re happy to welcome pets! The pet fee is $100 for one pet for the entire stay. If you’re bringing a second pet, please let us know in advance—an additional fee of $50 applies for short-term stays or $100 for long-term stays. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 charge per pet. Late Check-Out Policy:
Late check-out requests are subject to approval and must be made at least one day before your scheduled check-out. The rate for approved late check-outs will be charged as a percentage of your nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Utility Cap:
For stays of 14 nights or longer, there is a utility cap of $300 per month (covering gas, water, and electricity combined). This is a generous allowance for a home of this size, and in most cases, guests remain well within the limit. In the rare event of usage exceeding this cap, overages may be charged separately.
