Positive: The beach is one of the best we have ever seen. The layout of the villa was good and it was an easy walk to the beach. The villa does not have a sea view though as stated in the description. The resort was clean and well-maintained and with good facilities. Breakfast buffet can be purchased in the Wyndham Garden restaurant.
Negative: Communication with the owner(?) of the villa was poor. We did not really know who we were talking to. We were asked to transfer 50% one week ahead to avoid risk of loosing our booking. Also be aware that Hese Pool Villas & Resort is not a place. It is a villa placed inside Wyndham Garden Resort but not rented out by them. Very confusing. The villa was not properly cleaned. There were stains on many surfaces and could need a deep cleaning. The resort is very isolated and far from everything. However it is easy to get a taxi/Grab to Nha Trang which takes around 40 mins to reach.
