Summary: Search no farther for the perfect hotel in Kotor Bay. The location, in Perast Montenegro, feels private and luxurious. staff makes you feel special. Avoid the cruise ship, thrones in the town of couture and instead stay in this waterside village. Each morning, you will take breakfast bayside, and we booked tours which picked us up right at the hotel dock. I travel all over the world and give this my highest recommendation.
