The space:
Warmest Aloha and e komo mai (welcome) to "Hawaii Hideout," a legal short-term vacation rental located in beautiful Makaha Valley on the west coast of Oahu. Minutes from the pristine and sun-bathed Makaha Beach, Hawaii Hideout is a newly-constructed single-family, two-story home, peacefully nestled in the quiet, security-managed gated community of Mauna 'Olu Estates. Adorned by an exclusively landscaped property, this spacious and well-appointed home provides a haven for friends or families to relax together, re-connect, and explore and enjoy the beautiful Oahu Island and beaches of Oahu. Spacious and crowned with local works of art and tasteful décor, the home offers 4 fun and thoughtfully decorated bedrooms (3 in the main house and 1 in the attached 320 square-foot studio) and 3.5 baths (2.5/1) with new Toto Washlet bidets.
In both the main house and the studio, you will find cool Mitsubishi Electric split air conditioning units in each living area, a flat-screen smart television in each room, high-speed Wifi, a fully-stocked kitchen, upgraded Whirlpool washer and dryer with built-in countertop and laundry detergent and supplies, and an epic game room with standing arcade games and full-sized game tables such as pool, air hockey, shuffleboard and foosball. The gorgeous 320 square-foot attached studio, spacious with a 9-foot ceiling, has a private entrance, cool split Mitsubishi Electric AC, Queen bed with a Premium Black Label Beauty Rest mattress, sofa and additional seating area, dining area looking out into the garden (unless you’ve chosen to shut the motorized blackout shades), LG 43-inch Nano Cell LED 4K UHD flat-screen Smart Television, full bath with Toto Washlet bidet, a Whirlpool dual burner stovetop, Keurig Single Serve coffee maker, with complementary Hawaiian Kona coffee and cookies, Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer, Whirlpool dishwasher, and LG ThinQ washer and dryer stack. The studio is a beautiful and comfortable haven, offering rest and relaxation after a day at Makaha Beach or Island sightseeing.

The garden features an outdoor dining experience with natural stone finished amenities, including a spectacular fire-pit dining table, high-top bar and barbeque grill station, a serving counter with built-in Sub-Zero wine and drinks refrigerator, and a wall-mounted LG 65-inch webOS Smart Television. After a long day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping, relax and soothe your tired muscles in the brand new Clarity Spas hot tub for 8 people, which is emptied, cleaned and sanitized before every new guest check-in, outdoor shower, pergola-covered deck with seating area and Celestron AstroMaster 130 telescope; additional seating area with porch-style swing facing the mountains and water feature; various fire features available. Heading out for a beach picnic, fill up the cooler with ice from the outdoor commercial ice maker.

Enjoy a family bike ride around the safe and quiet community on the new mountain bicycles, with available safety helmets, for adults, teens and children. Heading to the beach? Remember to grab a surfboard, body board, some beach and sand toys for the kids, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a cooler or two. (Don’t forget to grab a few Igloo blue ice blocks from the kitchen freezer.) Load it all up in one of the large-wheeled beach buggy wagons.
