Welcome to our Central Cozy Haven in Frisco! Unwind in our serene, single-level home offering an array of luxuries: a private pool & spa, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stainless steel gas stove & Keurig coffee machine, and a 65" HDTV with a myriad of streaming options. The bedroom boasts premium cotton linens and a room-darkening shade for a perfect night's sleep. Enjoy BBQs in the fully-fenced backyard or a movie night by the indoor gas fireplace.
There's shuffleboard that guests can enjoy.
As you step inside, you will be welcomed by a clean, well-lit space that perfectly combines modern amenities with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is fully stocked with Terra Pure products and provides both a relaxing bathtub and a refreshing shower. After a day of exploring, relax in the bedroom with ultra-soft cotton linens, extra pillows and room-darkening shades to ensure an uninterrupted night's rest.
The living area has a 65" HDTV.
The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove, oven and all the essentials will inspire the chef in you. The Keurig coffee maker and dining table make mornings a delightful experience. Savor your meals indoors or step out onto the private patio for some outdoor dining.
Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard is a serene oasis. Take a dip in the private outdoor hot tub or pool, available year-round and open 24 hours. The hot tub heating is free to use! Lie on the sunbeds, relax in the hammock or relax in the heated hot tub under the starry sky. A private grill is also available for those fun family cookouts.
Also there is a full shuffleboard that guests can enjoy.
