Positive: It was such an amazing place👏 We loved every detail, work & craftsmanship. It seems like an art piece / avatar above the rice fields. We were sceptical at first, thinking that the villa had No AC. Then we browsed through Havan villa's concept online & found out that their goal is total sustainable living. We we're looking for something like this for experience & found this place, that might be the only concept of its kind in Jogja. When we arrived, we we're greeted with extremely nice, helpful & informative staff. They walk us through the prosess & aim of the concept. Everything is thought out elegantly, with sustainable energy, biomethane gas, magnetic ram pumps, geothermal cooling, natural insulator, waste composting & so many other things that we can try to use in our own homes. Minutes away from the city center, we drove down in extreme heat. AC in our car was on full blast, we had to walk down some flights of stairs (with help from the staff of course) but when we stepped in the compound it was amazing, the air was fresh, the breeze was abundant, the architecture was absolutely breathtaking. My wife could not stop admiring the vast precision & care put into the plants that thrive within the building. Our villa was so cool & the temperature was insane, it was nothing like where we parked upstairs. The temperature throughout the villa into each room was chilled with flowing fresh air moving through corridors & open spaces, water everywhere with indoor & outdoor pools. They have mastered in engineering comfort within nature & living sustainable. We are so moved by the fact that almost everthing was harvested from nature & giving back to it & able to live in luxury without technology that harm our environment. Such a recommended experience, unforgettable & truly incredible in every way.
