Positive: Great location. friendly welcome. Access to bikes, SUPs, swim jetty. Lovely garden for children. Tv was excellent. Lounge very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with crockery, cutlery and pans. Large fridge. Spotlessly clean.
Negative: Kitchen was tiny and very few basics provided (eg olive oil, coffee). Bed linen and towels were quite tired.
