The space
A thoughtfully designed space with modern and vintage touches. Updated in all the right places while retaining the charms of this vintage bungalow. Brand new bathroom and updated kitchen, keyless entry, outdoor paradise. ☀️
A true southern front porch will welcome you with a rocking chair to watch the city go by. The living room features a sectional couch and a Sony tv with all the streaming channels. The built in bookshelves are stuffed with books about Houston and around the world, a book lovers dream📚 . Board games and puzzles for all. Throw some records on the record player and set the mood for a fun stay! 🎧
Our dining room features a mid century modern table, mcm buffet and antique art work. Bathroom has been fully renovated and features a fancy bidet, ooh la la! Rainfall shower head and detachable sprayer with bamboo seating.
The two bedrooms each feature brand new queen sized mattresses and beds and black out curtains so you can sleep the day away. One bedroom has a full work desk set up including a monitor for your use.
You will love cooking in our recently updated kitchen, featuring everything you need for a proper meal. Quality kitchen and dining wares for you use. Full sized washer and dryer for your use in the laundry room, detergents are provided, don't worry!
The huge backyard is fully enclosed and features a large dining table on a beautiful paver patio. To the side, we have a large tree with sectional seating underneath. Our vegetable and herb garden has a rotating variety seasonal items, you're welcome to help yourself! Your doggos will love the huge yard with plenty of space to run. Our Also, if you are a bird lover, you are going to amazed by the colony of wild parrots that love to come say hello.
**Please note that this house is 80 years old, although renovated and modern, it's definitely VINTAGE. Houston is the 4th largest (almost 3rd) city in the US. We are located only a few mins from downtown. The home comes with all the conveniences of a downtown location along with all that comes with a neighborhood that is on the way up.
