Positive: Accommodation was clean.
Negative: There was no shower facilities when we arrived. The person who was in the house prior to us had told us the shower did not work. We made contact before checking in to ask if they could address this problem. Having contacted the host by voicemail and by text - nobody came back to us to allow the shower to be fixed. The property was called 'Harburn House' so that it can be confused with the 'actual' Harburn House which is an estate very close. This property was simply a 3 bedroom house looking onto a field with a secondary school. The host has played on the name of the property. The outside of the property was disappointing. I had 2 guys in balaclavas riding up and down the path on a scooter outside. Not great. I would have expected to be contacted back as there was a problem with the shower. If there was a more serious problem e.g. with gaining access to the property there is NO help or support what so ever. Would not recommend.
Summary: No contact when needed. Disappointing.
