Tucked in one of Cairns’ most prestigious suburbs, this relaxed coastal hideaway truly embraces tropical living. It showcases an impressive design, where the outdoor and indoor areas seamlessly combine around a picture-perfect swimming pool. There is ample alfresco dining area, a gourmet centrepiece kitchen and four generous bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. Stroll around the Bluewater marina, swim at nearby Trinity Beach and discover Cairns’ famous attractions all within easy reach.
Embracing Queensland’s laidback tropical lifestyle, this spacious home offers a high-end oasis for your group getaway. It’s perfectly positioned where the ocean meets the rainforest, close to Bluewater Marina and Cairns’ stunning string of beaches.
Step inside the grand entrance and you’ll immediately feel a sense of calm and space. The open plan living and dining area fully opens to the entertainers’ patio, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out. There is a large chef’s kitchen with a central island bench for socialising, entertaining or enjoying slow mornings at home. It’s equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher for easy clean-up. A second outdoor kitchen with a BBQ allows guests to cook up a feast, making the most of the region’s notable fresh produce. In the evenings, spread out across two living areas catching up on your favourite TV.
Those travelling in a group will enjoy four generous sized bedrooms sleeping eight guests in total. The master occupies its own private suite with a luxurious king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with a shower and sleek double vanity. The second bedroom offers two single beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom boasts direct garden access and also has an immaculate ensuite bathroom. A main bathroom is fitted with a shower, bathtub, toilet and spacious vanity. Guests will have access to infernal laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, for your holiday use. There is ample parking on the driveway.
