Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this unit. person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & must present during the entire stay. please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. this is strictly enforced. we do not allow 3rd party bookings. failure to meet the minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. after the booking is confirmed a copy of our rental agreement will be sent to the guests email address provided. the guest has 48 hours from the time of booking to sign the rental agreement & send back a copy of his/her driver's license. if our office has not received the signed rental agreement & a copy of his/her driver's license within 48 hours our company will cancel the reservation. no access to the unit will be given without a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guests who booked driver's license. no parties or events allowed.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
