Positive: It was very clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the A/C the first night. They moved me to a better room.
Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I used to live just around the corner but never stayed there. I would stay again. I was however, disappointed there was no shuttle to Sanford Airport.
