Positive: Staff was accommodating and great location.
Negative: Rooms are not as clean as they used to be! We reserved and picked out our room the day before as I had to be at Vanderbilt the next morning for surgery. When we checked in at the desk though our room had already been given to someone else. Very frustrating and disappointing as we have been staying here since my initial surgery in 2019. Something has definitely changed. Help fix this please!
