Summary: A few days before the stay they spring a $30 per day fee for “incidentals” which is not mentioned anywhere when booking and is told after the cancellation date passes. I was told both on the phone and in person that this would be refunded. I asked for it in writing and was given a hand written note which holds no value when it’s on a sticky note. Walls a thin so could hear people walking above and next to the room as well as talking in the room next to us.
